If you sell it, we run it. Every OEM gets its own maintenance menu with op codes, labor times, and pricing. Domestic, import, luxury, EV. If your store adds a new franchise later, we build the menu before your first upload.

Yes. The MTD Pace view shows parts gross, service gross, and total gross for every store side by side, with pace and variance to the WIG. It is what dealer group owners check every morning.

We select the repair orders that prove your true customer pay door rate and record why every excluded RO was dropped, so you can review the sample before it becomes a legal document. Eligibility rules follow your manufacturer rather than a generic checklist, and the letter is built on approved templates for your state. What you audit on screen and what the manufacturer receives come from the same source, so the two can never diverge.

What do you need from us to start a filing?

Your repair order data for the audit window and your current warranty rate. If the file you send does not cover the whole window we will tell you which repair orders are missing and the range to pull, rather than reporting a row count and calling it done.

Is my data secure?

Your data is stored in Neon PostgreSQL with encrypted connections, role-based access control, and isolated per-group data scoping. Each dealer group can only see their own data.
